Silvie's distinguished career spans roles as a governess, nanny, and personal assistant to several high-profile families overseas. Her experience includes placements in the Middle East, as well as working with celebrity, VVIP, and HNW families in the UK and Switzerland.

These experiences have provided invaluable insight into the expectations of elite private households, cultural sensitivities across international placements, the discretion and adaptability required in high-profile roles, and the commitment necessary to succeed in demanding environments.

In 2016, Silvie was honoured to be approached by Anasy Media, producers of the mockumentary Nanny Culture. Drawing upon her extensive career in the United Arab Emirates, she served as an executive consultant, offering expert insight into the lived experiences of nannies working within the region. Her involvement reflected both her professional credibility and her deep understanding of the realities of international private childcare.

Louisa has many years of experience in the Middle East as a VIP nanny in both the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia, alongside various professional roles in London. Her work within high-profile households has required discretion, cultural awareness, adaptability, and an exceptional standard of care — qualities she brings to every role.

Within her teaching positions, Louisa has provided one-to-one support for children with additional needs, using a range of recognised approaches. Her tailored methodology ensures that each child's developmental, emotional, and educational needs are met with sensitivity and expertise.

Louisa is also a certified nutritionist and life coach, further enhancing her holistic approach to childcare. Her knowledge of nutrition, wellbeing, and personal development allows her to support not only children's learning, but also their overall health and confidence.

Her passion for travel and volunteering has taken her across the globe, working on child-related initiatives on four continents. These experiences reflect her genuine commitment to improving the lives of children worldwide.
