Niche Nannies — Professional Childcare Recruitment

Having a family and being a parent can be one of the most fulfilling aspects of life. You are now responsible for a life which you helped to create — a massive commitment, and the decisions you make from now on can be of huge importance in shaping your children for the future.

In order for us to help you, it is essential to share your details with us. Initially, this should include an outline of duties, where and when the position is available, salary offered, and any special requirements. We will then contact you to discuss your needs in detail, and at this point you can ask any questions you may have.

Many of your questions may already be answered on our FAQ page. For anything else, our consultants are always happy to help.

Our Prestigious Placements

We have provided exceptional nannies to some of the most prestigious, high-profile families in the UK, Europe, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi — many of whom will already have experience working with high-profile clients both in the UK and overseas.

Educational Focus

A governess cares for school-aged children (5+), though qualified for any age. Working hours are shorter than a full-day nanny.

Maternity Nurse

Helps families after the newborn comes home — assisting in the first weeks or months of a baby's life. Often works 24 hours a day, five or six days a week, living in with the family.

Montessori Nanny

A Montessori-trained nanny inspires children toward a lifelong love of learning by following their natural developmental milestones — building confidence, independence, and responsibility.
